you did too much lf1 movement. at most you do 3-4mm if u aren't super recessed. why did you do 6mm?

I disagree about paranasal implants, it will bring his nostrils even more forward when they have already been brought slightly too forward.

Just infraorbital implants, so that his upper midface is not so set-back relative to lf1 area and lower cheeks.

the thing is that he has a bad base (as in, bad ratios, long midface etc) guys, there's a limit on how surgery can salvage you, some will never be Chad, doesn't matter how much surgery
