Did nothing tbh just rotted in my house that's all.

Before I was 179cm /5'10 barefoot evening height .(measured in swimming classes)

Now I'm 180 cm /5'11 barefoot evening height .( measured in swimming classes)

In Nike shoes I'm 184cm.

honestly i have no idea my father grew till 25 but already stopped growing, so its case by case
