Natty lifting is a meme, the only way to get real gains is to use roids, and roids come with many risks so it's not worth it.

not sure of your numbers but yea you need good sleep and lots of quality nutrients to gaiin. OP probably ectomorph

Lol cope. I put on 15kg in my first year of lifting as a natural, I look better than some roidcels at my gym because it's all about insertions and you can't beat your shit aesthetics by making muscles bigger. I can't wait to get 10 years into lifting and see myself look like a fake natty.

Aug 2022 to now natty (5"6 so divide the gains by 1.5 for non dwarfs) proves my point reguardless

You put on size after you gain strength usually, there's a time delay between the progress of these two variables. If you're noticing progress in strength, then stick at it and you'll see the gains come.

I've consumed supplements such as creatine, tongkat ali and protein powder and made zero progress despite using correct proper technique, calorie surplus and high volume. If your wrists are tiny just forget gaining muscle mass....
