idk about premolars but I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 15yo, my jaw was way too blocky by now it's tapered, still sharp but narrower, gives a nice high class look to it

I think my stepmother got her premolars removed as a kid so her face was shaped like a strawberry, but when she got implants in her mid 30s her face started to get wide, she improved a lot and looks way better now almost a decade later

EDIT: when I asked if I could have my OWN teeth, the lieutenant denied and said he was send it to a lab so they could look into it
