I had a derealization and couldnt celebrate christmas with my family

At first everything was fine. I was socializing with my family, said hi to my cousins, siblings, grandparents, aunt and uncle but then the derealization kicked in and i had to celebrate alone in my room...

I couldnt even unpack my presents in front of my family so my mom brought them to my room.
