He checked my testical examination results and said that everything seems good after removal of the testicle, he also said that my testical stopped working like when heart attack happens good thing is that I won't need to take any meds after surgery. After that he told me that my sperm count is really bad and its not likely to get any better but its okay if I never have kids I'm not stressing it tbh. He said that I need to do another sperm count test and if it ends up being bad he will give me sum pills that will increase my sperm count...
