i had a dream where i went down stairs to get a drink and I was standing there, hiding behind things but i just looked crazed and plagued by psychosis

what could this mean.? it felt unbelievably real, when i woke up at around 4:30 after maybe sleeping for around 30-40mins i couldnt sleep and was extremely paranoid for the rest of the day
