I had a hair transplant consultation with Dr Bisanga

Smp isn't great I'd just get the 300/400 grafts or use hair fibres

It’s not even really noticeable irl when my hair is longer, but it still bugs me

5k jewros for the transplant, and Bisanga said he didn’t think the transplant would solve it without smp, which seems weird, because 300-400 grafts seems a lot for additional density in that small area

Probably just have to cover themselves incase it dosnt end up looking how you picture it in your head.
It's much more difficult to get good density on the crown compared with the hairline

I’m considering doing what they suggest and getting (conservative) smp first, then transplant next year if I still want it. SMP would likely help even if I had the transplant

I just don’t want an obvious smp so it would have to be light and conservative

Why not a SMP you buzcut it so makes no diff. SMP is rly reliable for scars and spots

Smp is best blended with short surrounding hair, like for hair transplant scars and skin fades
