Today I did the FILD (finger induced lucid dreaming) technique, I literally used my fingers to transition into a lucid dream and I was conscious through all of it. You can feel sensations on other parts of your body shut down as you enter into a dream stage and you feel vibrations all over. The vibrations stopped and I did a test to see if im in a dream by pinching my nose and trying to breath through it. I could breathe through it so I was in a lucid dream shit was cool af, got up from the bed, went outside, there was some guy walking so I struck him with a lightning and he melted into nothing and then the dream ended
