For the LOW IQs It’s my breakfast which I ate at 2-3PM so technically Lunch if going based off time but it was my breakfast as It was the first thing I ate.

That’s all I ate I just threw it into the breakfast section because well it technically was the first thing I ate bjt really it was lunch technically as I had it at 2-3pm

I guess I’m the only one who puts my meals in order instead of time of day I eat them.

I also had a custard and cake 10 mins ago but that was all.

Yeah those 2 meals run you up around 3.7k calories :lul::lul::lul::lul:

I eat Quinoa with salmon sweet potato and veg, shit like oats with berries banana and hemp seeds I also eat shit like dried apricots as a snacks.

Generally my diet is top tier I get all the necessary nutrients daily to mogg

I work out and burn a stupid amount of calories daily it’s insane

Here’s how much I burnt today for example and this is jsut a NORMAL day for me exercising

As I said I always end the day in around an 1-1.5k deficit so I can always eat around the avg reccomended food for a man of my age and build which is around 2.55 and I’ll still lose a stupid amount

This means if I want I can eat 5k calories on a cheat day and technically only end it in an 1.5k surplus which means if you calculate how much calories I have burnt over the week I still end up in around 7.5K calories deficit which is 2Lbs of fat lost :lul: every week

And some weeks I don’t do cheat days only a cheat meal which means I burn around 3.5 lbs of fat a week :lul:

I’m forced to watch what I eat at all times otherwise I get to 30% body fat 🪦 I got down to 20% 2 years ago and it was great took me 4 months and I looked really good unlike most people I’m Htn so softnaxxinf wirks great for me but once I stopped the diet I shot back up to my pre diet weight

I’m about 180cm and weighed 110KG when I began this diet but I don’t look about 110 cos I’m very muscular and big framed now I’m probably 106KG (if I lost 2Kg last week) I haven’t measured myself this week so I’ll have to do that sometime when I wake up.

Yeah I weigh a stupid shared amount and I’m around like 26-28% body fat at the same time. I only look fat topless but with clothes on I jsut look like a Gymcel

How do you know you eat that much? Also that’s around my personal maintianance but I’m very muscular and weigh a lot so I have a very hard time believing you unless you actually measure your food or have done so chances are you ain’t eating that much tbh well food that comes up to that much calories

I’m ultra active as you saw, I burn around 1-1.5k calories daily with exercise 7 days a week no break and yet despite that I end up in a massive weight which proves my point and no I don’t have a slow metabolism mine completely normal. Chances are you ain’t eating that much let’s be real you prob eat like 2.8k a day and cos you think that’s a lot you think that translates to high calories but small meals can have high calories 6 sweet chilli tenders can have 1.3k calories, and 4 chicken thighs and rice can have around 1k. Point is it’s about calories in the meals you eat not the actual amount you eat that makes you fat that’s why today I’m eating 4 meals with snacks and only getting to 2.5k calories and I burn 1.5k daily anyways via movement so that’s no issue for me if I want I can buy a Kebab as well and still be in a 500 deficit
