i had an idea. i need sleeping pills prescribed by doctor. so when i feel bad, i can take them.

i will get sleeping pills prescribed hahaha. if they are too weak, i will try to get stronger ones.
its about sleepmaxxing and using sleep as a tactic when u feel bad. but i truly have insomnia in a way that i need at least 2 hours to fall asleep anyway.

i am aware that i shouldnt abuse them.

i have always dreamed about being able to induce anesthesia/narcosis or how its called when you get sent to sleep at the hospital before a surgery. and use it when i feel bad.
