Felt like I was flying around the room, laughing, probably did. Half of it was like sleep paralysis, but I wasn't scared. There was music, that I could hear vividly. Nightcore, techno, even classical music. Most of it was improvised or variations of songs I've heard before.
I'm sure it has to do with the 5 day fast I did earlier this week.
Just wanted to share this, because it was such a powerful experience!
