I remember praying to god to make me grow as beautiful as other chad kids who were getting already female attention and social validation.
I also consistently thought about sui when i watched my fatty self at the mirror thinking is over cause i would never be able to lose weight and get to have a gf.
Never began if you experienced something like this during your childhood.

i went through something similar and i thought i could overcome it by gymcelling
as you can see, it didn't work

looking on it now though i find it strange how most self-improvement bros don't pick up on this shit
think about it, why is it that you need to IMPROOV while chad can let his shit crust and get more female attention in a day then you would in your life

You should always try to improve as much as you can but there can be some things in your past that can make you mentalcel permanently no matter how good looking you become with soft/hardmaxxing
