It’s cuz of his nose I already told u . A long downturned nose gives the illusion of a long midface . His FHWR is not good either . It’s 1.8 maxx in far way pics due to lack of zygos width

His IPD somehow doesn’t look wide enough for his midface ratio to be 1.0 but I’m assuming it is because of his prominent browridge and ES ratio that makes his eye spacing look normal.

This pic is angled differently. His pupils need to be in line with his ear holes aka true front profile like the one OP posted. If it is the same angle then oh well...he still has a horse face for some reason.
