depends on what surgery you need. Also its so variable since most surgeons suck balls. Even good ones. Surgery overall is cope esp the more advanced surgeries. The only surgeries i would even recommend fully if you want to ascend with a reasonable chance. The surgeries that are in the disposal thats kinda safe because they are done frequently and with low rate of bad aesthetic outcomes. Bimax for bite issues, rhino, fat graft(overated), filler, rejuvenation surgeries, small malar implants. And i mean none of those will transform hard unless you are deformed pre bimax. Every other type of surgery is just not devloped enough. Eye surgeries allways looks off for some reason. Jaw implants have a bit too many trade offs. Paranasal stuff, lip stuff etc is not good yet, esp not for men.
lifefuel ig all the stuff u talked about that are safe are exactly the things im missing, except the lip thing i kinda want a bit of a liplift on my sides i think u saw my lips they've got alot of flesh underneath weirdly but they'd look so much better pulled up cause they look smaller than they acc are. Plus u forgot a ht nd im also looking to get a forehead reduction 6 months before it to not waste too many grafts. yeah greed they almost always look off and jaw implants are such suifuel icl thank god thats the one thing im acc good in.

rn planning on forehead reduction then ht and then a bsso with inframalars and a rhino and then mayybe a small lip lift espc for the sides of my lips. plus prolly fat grafting my eyes are HOLLOW ASF. hoping to do it all in turkey soon going to travel this month wnv my dad fixes up our papers nad stuff. apperenently like i got an uncle whos a head surgeon in a hospital in istanbul and another ones whos pretty high up in the goverment and works like really really close to the president. He told my dad whoever I want to go to just give him the names he knows everyone so yeah im gn hopefully be using that to my leverage i just gt figure out what the best way to do it is. ill prolly hopefully get citizen prices jfl
