I've had acne really bad for 5 years, tried literally every single method and product under the sun and nothing worked. Or it would start to work but my skin would adjust and keep getting worse.

Until a week or 2 ago here in Korea I bought one of the local face washers as all the Koreans had immaculate skin. Legit overnight 50% difference. Fast foward to now and I'm angry with myself I didn't think of this sooner.

I always used to blame it on the foods I'd eat but now I'm having so much sugar and my skin has never looked better.

I wanted to take it, but then started looking at some of the doctors takes on it online like Dr. Josef, and thought against it.

The main reason being that i'm in the sun heaps and don't want to have the long term side effect of sun burn being more prominent. Some doctors and articles say it's temporary, but if you have a look at the testimonials they say otherwise.

Sunscreen also burns my skin oddly enough (or i'm just allergic to every single one i've tried)

Damn you got really unlucky, it's crazy how some people just don't have any acne at all

I actually get sunburned faster on the sunscreen than without using it. Same as my dad. Either i'm allergic to the chemicals they use in sunscreen, or the companies are trying to get me burned faster kek

Ptr checks.Your skin becomes much more sensitive while taking isotretinoin, especially on higher doses. Sun exposure is a whole other issue

And it was odd because I would rarely have any sugar (and if I did it would be in the form of fruit), and was eating 80% meat too.
The end result was because I would always pick my face and constantly spread the germs/dirt/etc, so washing it with this korean product helped lots.

Remember there are almost always going to be side effect with these sought of products, so it's best to do something the natural way then to be taking these drugs. Even panadol I don't take.
