there is no plastic surgeon/aesthetican in Kosovo(Balkans) that does upper eyelid fillers and the ones I know personally that do blepharoplasty etc apparently have no clue about it , what the fuck :lul:.

If you need to travel abroad you need some visa which means a lot of money and time, it's difficult as fuck.

maybe during the war , or shortly after it. Now it's just another 2nd/3rd world country.
