I hate being bloated

I hate being bloated and today it was the coolest it’s ever been so I could do cardio and workout didn’t help debloat my face

It was because last night i took a whole pack of granola bars put them in milk and ate them all

debloating was never easier, just go outside in winter and sprint with breakes and chug water
