if I don’t eat in a surplus is seems like my height never advances,

although I never really get above like 18 percent, the early ish stages of puberty still fucks your facial fat distribution

Meaning I have to be at around minimum 12 percent to even look decently and getting from 16-12 while In maintenance calories is almost impossible since I have to do cardio all the time
