This is me before my rhinoplasty. I think we are similar, maxilla hypoplasia, downward growth, ramus 404 but the worst part was the most brutal nose ever, so happy I chopped it off. Is this kinda similar to you?

I'm not really sure why it was like that tbh, maybe recessed maxilla? Also both parents had larger noses as is typical for Pakistani, however my mom has insane bones with forward grown maxilla and good mandible and ramus, but dad is subhuman, only good thing was he was tall. Combined these genes fucked me up and made me nose huge i think idk tbh

Yes from that angle your maxilla doesn't seem forward grown, looks like it lacks projection but can't tell if it is recessed, some guys just have flat maxillas. We need a side pic for that.

Bro it's hypoplasia as in incorrect growth of maxilla, like zero bones in it. Basically opposite of forward growth. Doctor said it himself

Hypoplasia is when the bones have not developed properly so that it is not pushed back in the skull of "recessed" but instead the bone is not fully developed, thus it is not fully grown and pushed forward

Got it. Seems like a enviromental thing to me. Could bimax reverse this? I have the opposite problem, my maxilla is too grown for me

Bimax could definitely fix it by pushing it. I think some braces could fix yours maybe? Do you have overbite or overjet

No i have a perfect bite/occlusion. I always sleep with my nose and mouth closed and my maxilla is REALLY forward grown, my issue is that my lips protrude.
