So this stupid fucking surgeon made me fly out to this random buttfuck town in France, just to tell me he won't do the movements I asked for. HE TOOK ONE LOOK AT MY UNGODLY SHORT AND RECESSED CHIN AND SAID NAH. Bare in mind I requested 8mm forward and 5mm down (mini wing genio) in the virtual consult and he said he can do whatever I asked for. THIS NIGGA SAID HE CAN ONLY DO A FEW MM FORWARDS AND DOWNWARDS AND THAT WAS IT, HOLY SHIT. He also admitted that he didn't even look at the CBCT scan that I spent £350 for jfl

Moral of the story : DO NOT TRUST FRENCH SURGEONS

Also does anyone have any recommendations for genioplasty surgeons in the UK/Europe cus I need to fix this quick and uni is about start soon ffs.

I emailed him later basically begging him to change his mind, so we shall see. But most likely gonna have to find another surgeon.

i know french surgeons are cheap as fuck, but they are so for a reason.

That was the 'minimum' he quoted. He said it go higher if I needed a bone graft. Tbf a lot of the result I've seen on his insta aren't really that insane, ig turkey's the way.
