I have a bunch of 11am starts coming up at work, so I want to adjust my schedule to fit that, which is supposed to be my work schedule from now on.
But I also have a couple of earlier starts in there, like an 8.30 start. I hate different start times and shifting my sleep. Today I had to wake up 1.5 hours earlier than usual, so went to bed half an hour earlier, took ages to get to sleep and had terrible sleep.
I think it's better for me to just go to bed at the same time, rather than try and go earlier when I have an early start the next morning. I probably fall asleep later when I try and go to bed earlier
