I hate drinking

I’ve been getting drunk a bit more recently and it’s genuinely horrible, I drank today and it just makes me feel like a pile of shit. Especially when I start to get sober, shit just makes me feel so heavy and tired, even makes me feel sick sometimes. And I can also never sleep when I drink, it’s just horrible for me. If my head was okay I’d pick smoking over drinking every day of the week.

It gives you confidence which is good, but it makes you feel really bloated and clumsy. You also just can’t really think straight
