Like forcefeading myself everyday 3300 calories on a lean bulk is just such a chore im sick of it, going to the gym is easy on the other hand, my gym is open 24/7 and 5 minutes from my home by foot, but needing to time food all day in huge amounts is getting me sick. Wish you could just eat by apetite and build muscles that way

Bro any food is sick to me now, like i legit just want to take 2 days of food, not eat at all, my natural apetite was always small

Soylent is easy way to get some calories buddy
I find milk and orange juice the easiest way to put calories while at same time being nutritional, but i still need to eat other stuff

Sugar isn't that of concern if you do intense excercise and time your carbs to eat them before and after training, i always carb fast until evening, then go to gym, and then eat all my carbs
 
Natty bulking is a scam. Just lift for 4 years to have a worse physique than a guy who ran two cycles theory.

just eat more fat, fat has lots of engery and is healthy @Prettyboy
