I hate Ephedrine

I am starting a cut so I took half a tab of ephedrine this morning before working out. Felt good for an hour then somewhat normal. Later in the day I took the other tab and had another cup of coffee and I felt weird anxious and shitty. Adderall is a much better compound overall but I'm not sure if it has better appetite suppression and fat burning efffects.
