also they all have different opinions
you have people who will literally think the correct diet is the opposite of what others are convinced is
fuck you all diet obsessed niggas
they make you feel like their diet is a religion
half of the time they dont even any empirical data to back up their claim

just eat all kinds of food and see which ones you digest good and which ones not
 
I can eat a ton of meat and drink a galloon of milk but I cant handle pasta

I’m on a intermittent fasting diet and I only eat 1 meal a day and that’s pasta/Spaghetti bolognese

tastes good I usually have a big plate prob eating around 1.2- 1.6k calories a day

Eating between 8 hour window this is usually don’t between 1-8pm and then you fast for the remaining hours. It’s very stressful for fat greedy fucking cunts like me but I need to get lean I have a VERY good base my kid face rn is a bit fucked due to bloat and this is why I’m putting myself through this hell. I’m 22 rn and by 23 I hope to be lean

Just eat raw meat and you'll naturally be low bodyfat

Yeah I agree I did KETO but I’m obessed with carbs rice is my fav food but I am limiting it somewhat. I dunno precisely but I’m between 22-24% I’d say. I don’t look fat in clothes but topless it’s clear I am chubby with some belly when fully relaxed.

I do have a large frame naturally with lots of muscle mass though so it’s somewhat overshadowed.

In this case eat more fat little carbs cause you prob. already somewhat insulin resistent and your body won't use his own fat cells when he has carbs unless you're starving yourself(significant caloric deficit) which isn't good/healthy either

Yeah I’ll prob jump back on the lower carb diet it’s just that it’s very stressful to manage whislt I have uni studies and trying to learn a coding language in my spare time. I love food so diets are stressful To me as I have cravings and live with others who aren’t on a diet.

we need an easy alternative to rice in the UK until then I’ll just have a few carbs until I have a meal plan sorted.

Eat raw meat and those cravings for unnatural indigestible food will go away
