College student so I cut corners a lot. Usually it’s 3 pieces of bread,2 beef Patties,a glass of milk and 3-4 eggs. Some fruit here and there. Ofc some days it’s instant ramen with eggs and meat added to it

I really think it’s due to the thinner skin they have plus better bones. But thinner skin matters more. Ethnics have thick skin they look boneless but age better. White people thin skin age worse but better looking bones
