I have never seen someone that is 100% in shape for chess. I know its a good sport but i wouldnt consider it for getting in shape

Football equals rugby for amerifags tht need padding to play. Plus massive breaks between plays to rest. Most boring sport ever and one only ameriburgers enjoy because they spend more time eating in the stands thn watching any sport/action.
