I hate going out with my friends

I HATE going out with my friends to any place where there are many people. Like all of them has some kind of girlfriend talking stage or etc except me and for example today we were at swimming pool and even when some random girl looked in my direction for half a second they instantly were telling me that she's looking at me and I should ask for her insta. I'm scared of real life interaction with women I don't know and they can't fucking understand I'm a Truecel. I hate every time this happens
