I measured my height right out of bed at almost 5'7 (5'6 ¾) and then I watched some Jordan Peterson and decided to clean my room and moved some books and things around and stuff, then measured again at night and I shrunk 2.3 cm on the stadiometer to be 5 foot 5.827. Typically I measure a bit over 5'6 but dropping to 5'5 range under more physically tense situations is extreme suifuel. If I start deadlifting and shit I shall be the same size as Peter Dinklage

Fuck you gravity as if it wasn't bad enough already.

LL is indeed a necessity at any height below 5ft 7 at your low (night height)

I know and I can afford it but I’m old and not gonna heal as well. However my job isn’t too physical and I think it might be worth it, I have barely 1 decade left in the game and I cannot slay at this height
