It's the base of selfimprovement which leads to many sub 5's using it as a coping mechanism to pull foids. My cortisol is on an alltime high if i think of some of my highschool friends, which think, that gymcelling will safe their datinglife: NIGGA if you have a severely deformed cranium and full facial recession gymcoping won't give you SHIT!

The hate is a bit extreme in this case but it genuinely makes me feel sad when people show their like gym transformations, and the zeek is really good, but they're just so ugly it takes away the whole good effect of having a good physique.
