You can go on a lower calorie diet. If you're already obese, then you should start by aggressive cutting. Once you get used to eating a low amount of calories, build up your calories back to mention energy and build more muscle than losing fat.

Oral retinol, OTC and cheap, it is kind of poor man's isotretinoin. Works the same. I used it for years now I don't even need isotretinoin anymore.

Real retinol aka vitamin A, like retinyl palmitate, other than that and eating a lot of liver everything else would suck comparably as vitamin A source. Carotenoids are useless, don't fall for carrots and vegetables = good source of vitamin A hoax. Oral retinol is more a drug than supplement IMO anyway lol shit is potent as fuck, just happens to also be a vitamin so it exists in OTC form. I even had to take a break this winter from it because it made my skin extremely red and dry. I only take it a few times a month now after building up levels + stacking benefits for years by now, oh yeah ofc I beat acne and got perfect clear skin now in large part from it.

Oral retinoids are better than creams with poor absorption IMO, or do a little bit of both. Creams struggle to reach sebaceous glands and lower living layer skin cells as systemic retinoids do.

Plus fresh blood will keep coming in washing away the drug(tretinoin), better new blood is always delivering a retinoid systemically/concentrations stay same.

It won't really effect your height. Height is mostly genetic, ideally I'd say like 400 would be better. Worst case scenario it would make you feel more tired, so you'd want to build as much muscle as the fat you're losing
