Its not a massive failo or anything but id still look better if my philtrum was shorter.

Surely the easier and more sensible thing to do would to be grow out facial hair.

Long philtrum is masculine anyway. Unless you wanna look like a mega twink id leave it alone

think it's more of a short nose issue than a long philtrum issue

Yeah i think your right. With a shorter philtrum you look like your sucking on something sour.

I definitly wouldnt get a lip lift though your lips are already full and they will just become way too prominent for your pheno.
