Thank you again and ye I think the lower third is definitely the main focus now. Sadly the problems need invasive maxes which I am willing to take for the sake. After that I can definitely improve other things about my appearance but I don't think they would be that invasive like the filer. Sadly due to my age filler is the best bet for now even if I botch myself and can't get it fixed after like a year and a half I could get professional work done. Lol if I botch myself pretty hard I could get my parents to take to professionals.
