Yes but what im trying to say ia that the photo you showed is an extreme case, Connor is very tall and others guy is TOO short. Your average guy is not that short and ugly at the same time. Literally give the short guy 2 more inches of height and a good looking face and thats all he need

Guy on the right looks to be a couple inches taller than the manlet in the OG pic relative to Jacob's height. Their faces are decent. I guarantee u Jacob as way more appeal to women for his height alone. Guy on the right would struggle a lot more, ESPECIALLY if he wasn't rich and famous
