That's not even the worst thing. I legit encounter dyel klinefelter's zoomers that do 3 reps of 15kg rows and then they proceed to take out the phone and watch shittok for 10 mins. They keep repeating it. 5 reps of 10kg, 20 mins of "shittok" "rest".
