For example I always have to question why people are complimenting my looks when I know I am an ugly subhuman
I always have to wonder if they're trying to manipulate me for some reason
The Sopranos has a good example of this where an FBI informant tries to butter up Tony by complimenting his weight loss, but Tony is aware he is a fat subhuman who's only ever gained weight

He figures out from that one little comment that the guy is a rat and has him clipped
