There should be a ban on breeding in general. I haven't seen that graph before and had assumed that maternal cytoplasmic inheritance influenced genetic abnormalities more than paternal influence. I read the article that graph is from and it mentioned that mutations are more rapidly occurring in sperm because cellular division occurs more rapidly.
