I meant 13 is a stretch because at least where I live 13 look like just kids with zero feminine development or anything and its not a "grey" age like, say, 15-16 when theres room for them to actually start looking sexual.

And again, im the first guy that likes neoteny, and was even joked irl by my friends about sniping young women and having big age gaps, but these extreme posts "y u no like 13 yr olds" sometimes look like some cheap IT bait or something.
