I hate how my eyelashes shed so much

Every single day,every single month my eyelashes shed in large numbers.
It can be 2 or 3 in number depending on the day.
My upper eyelashes are better than my lower eyelashes but it always sheds the most.I don't understand why this happens only with me.
I have never seen anybody face this problem.Is there any nutrient deficiency that causes this ?
Earlier,I used to rub my under eyes a lot and that was one of the reasons eyelashes shed so much.I have stopped it since 3-4 months and I rarely rub my eyes.
I also make sure to sleep on my back to avoid getting my eyes in contact with bed/pillow.
Today,2 eyelashes have already shed and both fell inside my eyes
It was difficult to get it out my eyes but I managed to get it out on my own.
It was a little painful and that's what annoys me more.
Like,what did I do wrong that I have to experience this every day ?
I wish I didn't have good eyelashes because I can no longer take this.
I can't see my beautiful eyelashes shedding every day

Lack of protein, zinc, or iron can weaken hair follicle, but I don’t think its enough to make your lash fall out

Bro I lose 3-4 eyelashes every day
I don't know how to fix this problem

No,I am not overthinking it
My eyelashes shed daily and this has been continuing ever since 2024
