Mf you were never supposed to count your protein intake and shit, just eat meat and thats it, its really hard to be deficient in protein lmao.
Also mfs who buy protein bars just for extra protein are the dumbest retard ever. (Unless you just like the taste.)

Tracking is ok, but personally i just eat a shit ton of chicken and rice, never had to worry abt callories or protein i know that i get a decent amount of everything. Also a huge pro is that chicken and rice is also my fav meal from taste too lmao

do you have a personal trainer ? you might hurt your wrists lil bro you'd be perfect for the fields nigger i can tell they did selective breading with your parents

My wrists are fucked eitherway they pop everytime i rotate them, i dont have a trainer. And i will take the selective breeding and the fields shit as a compliment lmao

thanks man! The unfortunate thing is that im 5'7 lol so i kinda cope with my phisique, i run ppl rn i train low volume like 1-2 sets 10reps till failure it works pretty good with me

5 8 is the perfect height btw because tall guys scare girls so its more appeal to be shorter. Thats good workout plan keep going

tracking is easy and we already have meta-analysis on the best protein intake for athletes if youre not tracking youre not really trying

I dont think i overconsume it either, i just eat chicken and rice for all my meals, i eat just as much so that i feel full but also comfortable.
