yes, I did that for 20 years, just hide in some corner with headphones on.
Even when I was a child, I didnt get it.
We were not poor but my parents would fuck each other up in front of us during dinner.
Just 3 crying kids at the dinner table. I didnt get it then and I dont get it now.
We had enough to survive comfortably.

Like the other guy said, get out of there if you can.
I have a lot of issues so I could not leave easily either. But last year I ran away and became homeless for a while.
Being homeless was actually a relief compared to being home.

If it comes to that, check your options first. Research a bunch of cities, what support they offer, if they require you to do things, get in contact with people that have experience.
Sometimes running away and taking the plunge in the deep end is the only way. You have to take 2 steps back so you can start moving at all.

Also, please dont kill yourself. From experience, even if you think this is it, im dead, im done, im gonna freeze to death/starve/get killed - usually it just keeps on going somehow. You just have to stick it out.

And never touch alcohol and drugs. Ever. Not even casually. If you are tempted by that shit and you get in stressfull situation (it will happen, trust me) you will die.

yes, fuck it honestly. Dont give them the pleasure of doing that.
I had insane amount of police interactions in 2021 because i look high, cuz i have autism.
I walk like im on drugs and stuff.
Never give in. The anger can keep you going too.
