They always call me fat and ask me when will I have a girlfriend.
Fuck them , every girl in my college demands top 10% of all males.

I work 80 hours a week and college foods are junk.

I don't mean to hurt you but I'm staying facts if you care about getting laid the least you can do is lose weight

I gained at least 50 lbs from years of Chronic stress and social isolation.I've a tendency to overeat when I'm stressed , especially in the exam or project weeks. It always derail my fat loss plan.:feelsrope:

Don't blame being fat on junk food I lost 100 pounds eating mcdonald's counting calories

I wish I could do that but I need tons of carbs/energy for studyceling.
What I can do are minimize the fat and carb intake and schedule more time for a gym ,maybe one hour per day.

nice try but I thought you were trying to accuse me of just burning fat through physical activity
for the first 3 or so months I stayed in bed all day, from then on until now I got my life together and actually started doing things. I experienced absolutely 0 energy loss, 0 of any of the symptoms people claim they experience. And when I say got my life together I mean staying on my feet at all day doing physical labor, playing sports, and working out

Now am I a genetic freak? probably not, if I had to guess I would say that most of those symptoms are fatcel cope to avoid actually doing any form of weight loss
is it possible I'm a genetic freak and I somehow don't experience the things that people claim to experience? Sure I guess but doesn't seem likely

I don't exactly know how studying requires you to have lots of energy, either. Have you ever actually tried to just count calories without necessarily worrying about what you're eating? or are you just assuming your energy would be sapped away? Even still, the biggest takeaway from this should be that you can find a balance that works for you without having to go on the extreme end of anything.
