Men are a million times more arrogant than women srs. Women only behave as they do because men are huge pussies who allow them to get away with anything so they are basically spoiled brats. But outside of sexual matters I honestly don't find women to be that bad most of the time. Men on the other hand can be very annoying super arrogant. Toxic masculinity may be a feminist term but tbh it's actually a real thing and it's very self-destructive not to mention pathetic. Just lol at thinking behaving like a massive prick is even remotely useful. Tbh women don't even really have any ego outside of sexual matters, where as men will look at everything as a contest and will often completely ignore common sense because of egoism. Women rarely give a shit about anything that isn't related to looking pretty or sexuality.

I would rather work with mostly just women rather than men tbh ngl.
