Music can provide a good source of emotion but it dosent really last and gets weaker the more you listen i dont think removing it completely is good because singing and humming n stuff sounds nice and relaxing but i listen maybe 20 minutes a day at most

NO WAYY you’re a sane person?!?!?! i literally CANT go all day without my wired headphones, all day their wired in to my ears even if sometimes their not playing id rather be seen as someone whos “listening” to music all day so i dont have to interact w no one socially, most of the time their playing music but sometimes no when i wanna listen but not take them off, your a crazy person, i dont trust you, holy shit im going insane maybe i am the one whos insane, i feel like my world is full of surrealism 24/7, ts body dysmorphia is crazy to me, nd i feel like im going insane more and more everyday, can i cure my psychosis? music is my only way to heal it. i think.
