I’m not a fat fuck, and im not the skinniest person alive but I’ve been going to the gym a lot consistently and my bodies just become extremely disfigured. My torso is so long and tall while my arms are huge and I look hideous. My lats and chest are nonexistent and my abs protrude out and make me look like I have a beer belly. I want to fix this but don’t know how

try to max out weaker or shorter features and minimally use stronger or bigger features, If thats too difficult simply train the things that are lacking

What does your training routine look like? Do you progress on your chest/lats exercises?
For belly what helped me was practicing vacuums every day before food, for couple of minutes. Also do some ab exercises (train abs same as any other muscle group, so you'd do about 6-12 reps)

My split is upper body lower body then rest, then ppl. I can barely bench 95 right now so idk.

How many sets, reps do you do for those muscle groups? Do you emphasize stretch or lengthened position in your chest exercises?
Chest is a very easily damaged muscle group, you should not be doing much of stretch/excessively long eccentrics/lengthened partials on it.
Are you sure your form is good enough on exercises that you do?

Honestly my form is probably a big issue with some exercises, and I usually do like 3 sets of 10-15 reps

Stick to 6-10 reps it will allow you to get some practice while not being too damaging. Aim for ~3 sets per muscle group per workout, if you find that your progress is lacking then you can add more. But usually 3 sets 2x a week is sufficient for fast progress. Maximal volume you can tolerate without running into too much muscle damage on 2x a week frequency is ~5-6 sets per workout.
Remember, if your lifts go up every workout/week consistently then you don't need more volume.
With time when your form gets good, you can switch to lower reps like 5-8.

Learn good form, otherwise anything else is pointless.
These are exercises I prefer with everything you need to know about them including correct form:
