Also my suggestion would be to try out a relaxer, I have curly hair and it gave me straight hair within 10 minutes. Do note that this effect is permanent and the curls will lose their coiling to an extent based on how long you keep the relaxer in for good. New root growth is not affected however.

just take a picture of yourself and find some app that makes you edit hairstyles on you idk might be inaccurate but the hairdresser won't give you any better advice

also you don't need to be insecure about 4a hair coils and curls aren't ugly i don't recommend you to try anything big on it just learn how to take care of it and it can boost your looks but i cannot see your hair and i don't wanna pressure you to send a picture of yourself but the first step is understanding your hair and what it can do to boost your looks

I have 4a hair, I let it grow for 1 year and 9 months and I cut it, and it's very beautiful but it requires a lot of work, you have to have a good mental health to handle it.
