I've heard excerisce barely helps so much effort just for 100 calories when you can eat that in one bite

HIIT can help a bit, but the vast majority of your cutting will come from eating food at a daily calorie deficit of 200-500 kcal or more.

That's why most people will never be lean. Most people can't eat negative calories for months and years.

I've been lean I just gained it all back due to social isolation and smoking weed

I don't think it's even for looks anymore it's just quarrelsome existing with extra uneccesary flesh why would anyone do it
