There are specific surgical procedures that widen the skull indirectly to cause a permanent illusion of a better fwhr not only through indirect bone related surgeries but also soft tissue related procedures that would complement a narrow head, such as widening the lips, eyes, temporal and zygomatic area, and not only widening but also reducing some areas that compliment bad with narrow heads, ive researched every possible outcome through surgical means to fix narrow cuckcel horse faces and at least i think 8 procedures of them are used normally in the cosmetic world to fix it but there is one that truly fixes it to the root cause and is even promoted to be used in europe, I think they call it long face syndrome or horse something idk. but I'm gonna have to gatekeep for now until probably a few months
