NCT eyes are the worst literally if i had PCT i would be MTN at least and my life would be much better

Drill hole cantho, can also be done with lateral orbital rim extensions (PEEK implants) with suture holes instead of drilling into your skull.

I think i need obo tripod to widen the space first and then get more support from implants and then canthopexies
BUt it's truly overwork I don't think I'll survive after this is impossible maybe I'll try to fix my maxxila,zygo,jaw first and then I'll see if it's worth the risk

Most guys have natural slightly deep but at least they have support around their orbits
